Share of wallet, council by council
See what share of a council's observed spend is attributed to you, and the unserved spend it leaves. Every figure carries its England scope and a "data current to" date. Synthetic sample data.
Account planning for suppliers to UK councils
Axxo Intel is a private account plan for suppliers to UK councils. It shows your share of observed spend per council and the unserved spend left, not a feed of tenders. It also shows awards nearing a decision window, the period before an award ends and the buyer decides. Every number opens to the records behind it.
Axxo Intel runs as a managed pilot, not self-serve.
Share of wallet and spend figures cover England. Notices, registers and decision windows cover the UK.
A private workspace built around your own share of wallet. That is the share of a council's observed spend on your services that is attributed to you.

Rank categories and councils by the spend you do not yet hold, so the Monday pipeline meeting starts from evidence. Unserved spend is observed spend. It is not guaranteed revenue, a tender or a forecast. Synthetic sample data.
Registered awards approaching a decision window, each labelled with its procurement regime and how sure we are of the end date. Windows are planning aids, not predictions of a tender or a win. A contract with no usable end date shows no window and is not guessed. Synthetic sample data.

Save the councils you work and keep a shared list for the team.
Every figure opens to the transactions or awards behind it. Click a headline, a chart segment or a supplier row to see them. Screens, reports and exports reconcile to the same snapshot, a set of records we have reviewed and accepted. The records include council spending files over £500 for councils in England, plus Contracts Finder and Find a Tender notices across the UK.
Not every council publishes complete data, so each council shows its coverage state and a "data current to" date. Where an answer is missing, it is shown as missing, not as a zero.
We compare each new snapshot with the last and tell you what moved on your saved councils: a new award, a contract change or termination notice, a competitor appearing for the first time, or a material shift in your share. It is change detection on accounts you already care about, not a tender feed.
Onboarding is managed with you, and the paid Evidence Pilot is how you test it first. Your supplier identities, the names that count as you, are reviewed as part of setup.

New awards, first-seen competitors and share movements on the councils you save.
Tell us what you sell to councils. The call shows how the account plan would work for it, and we manage onboarding with you. Axxo Intel is a poor fit if you only need tender alerts.
